I foster the therapeutic process through a collaborative arrangement with clients. It is my goal to work with you closely during therapy to aid in clarifying your goals for treatment; explore patterns and choices of communication, lifestyle, and relationships and foster development of beneficial coping strategies with commitment on both our parts, it maybe possible to attain a greater understanding of self along with enhancing your personal growth in various facets of life.

Therapeutic Technique and Methodology

My practice is primarily cognitive-behavioral therapy based. I facilitate an exploration of patterns of behaviors, thoughts and actions to foster positive change and personal growth. I incorporate goal setting, homework tasks assessment and exercises where indicated and also suggest alternative therapies and resources when appropriate.
